Say Ta Ra to Pain

Therapy for Better Living

Martine specialises in myofascial treatments

Dedicated to Your Wellbeing

At your first session, I will take time to understand your health history, lifestyle, and goals. From there, I'll develop a custom treatment plan that adapts as your body responds – whether that means focusing on one issue over several weeks or addressing multiple areas in one deeply therapeutic session.

Every treatment is delivered with care, clinical precision, and the unique Jing blend of hands-on skill, scientific insight, and heart-centred practice.

Clinical massage is a results driven approach that blends the best of Eastern and Western bodywork techniques to address both chronic pain and stress-related conditions. It’s more than relaxation it’s a targeted treatment designed to help you feel measurable change, often in as little as 1–6 sessions.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing a long-term pain condition, or simply seeking world-class bodywork, my integrated approach is designed to bring you real results—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Techniques and treatments:

I am trained in many different advanced techniques, and I will create a session that is unique for you and your body.  I focus on outcome-oriented treatments – getting you the result you want in a way that is economical for your time and money. This means that I may use a combination of many of the techniques below to create the outcome you desire – reduction of pain and injury or deep relaxation.

Expect a highly personalised approach that may include deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, acupressure, stretching and more each session carefully tailored to your specific needs and goals.

The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is a hinge joint that connects your mandible (jaw bone) to the temporal bone of your skull, it is located in front of your ear. The joint, along with it’s associated muscles allows us to move our jaw up and down and from side to side to talk, eat, yawn, laugh etc.

Problems with the joint and it’s muscles are known as TMD (Temporomandibula joint disorder) and can manifest as severe pain in the jaw itself or along the face, restricted jaw movements and noises such as clicking and popping from the TMJ during jaw movement.

Massage can help address the cause of TMJ disorders, whether the pain comes from a jaw injury, or simply fatigue from repeatedly grinding or clenching your teeth, regular massage therapy can make a difference.
